Where Did SAL First Start?
SAL Management Group, LLC was established in 2006 when Scott, Gene, and Nate purchased a 16 bed Facility in Tremonton and named it Our House of Tremonton. Following Tremonton, SAL slowly started acquiring communities and accepting management agreements. SAL Management’s daily responsibilities are as follows: Scott oversees Operations, Gene oversees Finances, and Nate oversees Marketing and Development. SAL is passionate about the assisted living business because we care about our residents and employees. This has been an amazing platform to have a direct impact on the well-being of people’s lives.
We get to make a difference every day, and it is an experience we are so grateful for. Scott and Nate both started out as Caregivers and then became Administrators of several large Communities. Gene started out in the Banking Industry in Commercial Lending and brings the Finance backing to the partnership. Both Nate and Scott have served many years as a board member for the Utah Assisted Living Association and both have been President and Treasurer of the association.
It is our goal to create and provide a safe home-like environment for each of our residents and Super Caregivers.
